If you're not receiving OTPs, alerts, or other emails from Fedhabit, try the steps below.
Quick checks:
1. Check your spam or promotions folder. Email providers sometimes filter automated emails there.
2. Confirm your registered email address is correct in Account Settings.
3. Add support@fedhabit.in to your contacts or safe sender list to prevent future emails from being filtered.
4. Check if your inbox is full. A full inbox can block new emails from arriving.
5. Wait a few minutes. Delivery can occasionally be delayed depending on your email provider.
Still not receiving emails?
- Try requesting the OTP or notification again after a few minutes.
- Check with your email provider if they have any active blocks or filters on automated senders.
