Spotting phishing attempts:
- Check that emails include your Anti-Phishing Code. If it's missing or wrong, don't trust the email.
- Fedhabit will never ask for your password or OTP over email, call, or chat.
- Double check URLs before entering your login details. Bookmark the official Fedhabit site to avoid fake lookalike sites.
Login safety:
- You'll get an email alert every time your account is logged into from a new device. If you don't recognize the login, secure your account immediately by changing your password.
- Log out of shared or public devices after use.
