Identity Verification (KYC)

To complete the identity verification and enjoy our platform's Fiat currency related features, kindly prepare the following requirements:

Individual:

1. Your government issued ID

2. Your Aadhaar Number

Corporate:

1. Certificate of Incorporation / Business Registration

2. Certificate of Incumbency / Articles of Incorporation

3. Register of Directors (A list of all Directors)

4. Proof of the Director's Residential Address

5. Photo of the Director's Passport

6. A director’s Selfie with Passport

Some Reminders:

• Please ensure all 4 corners of submitted documents / IDs are visible

• Information in the photo ID should be clear, in focus, not covered and not modified/ tampered

• The proof of the director’s residential address, please submit a “Bank Statement/ Utility Bill/ Phone Bill/ Credit Card Bill”. The issue date of the bill must be within the last 3 months.

• The validity of the passport must be greater than 6 months.
  
  

To proceed with the Identity verification:

• Go to Identity Verification Page (Login  >  User Name  >  Account  >  Verification)

• If you want to apply the personal verification, please click Verify

• If you want to apply the corporate verification, please click Verify as Corporate 

• Follow the instruction on the page to fill-in the information and upload required documents

• Click the Submit button to submit your verification request

Identity verification usually takes between 1-2 business days. However, during high volume periods it may take longer. You will be notified by email when your identity verification is completed.
